Ingredients
  • 1 cup puffed quinoa
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • ½ cup coconut oil
  • ⅓ cup + 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Press into your choice of mould.
  3. Cool in the freezer for 30 minutes.
  4. Remove from the mould and transfer to a freezer-safe container for storage.
