Serves: 50 chocolates
- 1 cup puffed quinoa
- ½ cup peanut butter
- ½ cup coconut oil
- ⅓ cup + 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
- Press into your choice of mould.
- Cool in the freezer for 30 minutes.
- Remove from the mould and transfer to a freezer-safe container for storage.
