This delicious cauliflower recipe with turmeric, cumin and garlic can be thrown together as a quick side dish boosted with the health benefits of turmeric
Ingredients
1 head of cauliflower, chopped
2-3 cloves of garlic, crushed
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp turmeric powder
1 tsp cumin powder
½ tsp salt
Instructions
Pre-heat the oven to 180 C.
Rinse and chop the cauliflower and set aside.
Crush the garlic if you are using whole fresh garlic cloves.
In a bowl combine the olive oil, spices and garlic.
Drizzle the mixture across the cauliflower and mix so it is well covered.
Spread the cauliflower across a baking sheet lined with parchment paper (you may need to split it across two baking sheets).
Bake the cauliflower for 15-20 minutes, or until the cauliflower starts to brown.
Remove from the oven and serve warm with your meal.
