  • 4 cups quartered brussel sprouts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  1. Pre-heat the oven to 180 C.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper (optional).
  3. Toss the brussel sprouts in the olive oil and salt, and spread out across the baking sheet.
  4. Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes, turning the sprouts about half-way to let them brown lightly on all sides.
  5. Serve warm.
