How to Make a Delicious Green Smoothie

Serves: 2 servings
- 2 ripe bananas (frozen is also ok)
- ⅓ cup green grapes
- 2 granny smith apples, juiced
- ½ ripe avocado
- 1 cup soy milk
- 1 tbsp date honey (or 1-2 pitted medjool dates)
- ¼ tsp spirulina powder
- ¼ scoop (~5g) pea protein powder
- Wash all fruits and vegetables well before using.
- Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and pulse for 2 minutes, or until smooth.
- Check the consistency. If too thick, add a few tbsp more of soy milk, or a couple of ice cubes and blend for a further 30 seconds.
- Drink chilled within 15 minutes of making to get the maximum health benefit.
