How to Make a Delicious Green Smoothie

This delicious, healthy green smoothie packs nearly 10g of protein and gives your body fuel to get through even the busiest morning.
  • 2 ripe bananas (frozen is also ok)
  • ⅓ cup green grapes
  • 2 granny smith apples, juiced
  • ½ ripe avocado
  • 1 cup soy milk
  • 1 tbsp date honey (or 1-2 pitted medjool dates)
  • ¼ tsp spirulina powder
  • ¼ scoop (~5g) pea protein powder
  1. Wash all fruits and vegetables well before using.
  2. Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and pulse for 2 minutes, or until smooth.
  3. Check the consistency. If too thick, add a few tbsp more of soy milk, or a couple of ice cubes and blend for a further 30 seconds.
  4. Drink chilled within 15 minutes of making to get the maximum health benefit.
